1. Booking and Appointments
All bookings are automatically confirmed once submitted through our booking system.
Appointments must be attended at the scheduled time. Please arrive promptly for your appointment.
We operate from a rented chair/room, so punctuality is essential to respect the venue and other professionals.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in charges or restrictions on future bookings.
No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) may result in charges and could affect your ability to book future appointments.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept card payments only.
Prices quoted at time of booking are final unless additional services are requested during your appointment.
4. Service Guarantee and Refunds
If you are not happy with your hair service or need adjustments, you have 7 days from your appointment to contact us.
We will work with you to restyle or make changes to achieve your desired result.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns after attempting adjustments, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will only be considered within the 7-day window and after we have had the opportunity to address your concerns.
5. Your Responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your appointment as this affects our schedule and other clients.
Please communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns before your service begins.
Please keep your hair clean and ready for styling unless otherwise discussed.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and store your personal information solely for booking and appointment management purposes.
Your data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
We comply with UK data protection laws and will keep your information secure.
7. Liability and Health & Safety
While we take every care to provide safe and professional services, you acknowledge that hair and barber services carry some inherent risks.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your service.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions if you have not disclosed relevant health information.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
